Surgical Strike is a fast-paced military shooting defense game where players must stop enemy soldiers from crossing the battlefield. Tap enemies quickly, use powerful weapons, and defend the frontline across multiple dangerous mission areas. Controls Tap or click enemies to shoot and eliminate them. Mouse / Tap : Choose different weapons and explosives during missions. Weapon selection : Tap any mission marker on the map screen to start a mission. Map selection : How To Play Enter the mission screen and select a battlefield location from the map. Start story mode : Tap on enemy soldiers before they reach the protected area. Eliminate enemies : Prevent enemies from crossing to the left side of the battlefield. Defend the frontline : Unlock and switch between powerful weapons and explosives for better defense. Use different weapons : Enemy waves become larger and faster as the mission progresses. Survive increasing difficulty : If enemies successfully infiltrate the defense line, the mission ends in failure. Avoid mission failure : Game Features Fast-paced military shooting gameplay.
